While our scripts are provided for your use within Google Ads or Meta environments, repackaging, white-labeling, or reselling our logic as a standalone SaaS product is strictly prohibited.

3. Script Execution & Liability Waiver

Users are required to test all scripts in a "Preview" or "Sandbox" environment before full deployment. You acknowledge that platform APIs (Google/Meta) change frequently and we provide no guarantee of perpetual script compatibility.

4. Affiliate & Partnership Disclosure

To keep our core technical utilities free, we participate in strategic affiliate partnerships. Some links to external software (SaaS) may earn us a commission. We only recommend infrastructure that our own engineering team has battle-tested with significant ad spend.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use our Site for any purpose other than for which we make the Site available. Prohibited activities include:

• Systematic retrieval of data (scraping) to create a competing database.
• Circumventing security features or "locking" mechanisms on premium scripts.
• Using the tools to facilitate fraudulent advertising practices.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit or lost data arising from your use of the Site.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of our primary operating jurisdiction. Any disputes will be settled in the courts corresponding to our Data Controller's location.
