Why You Need This Pro Generator

Most deliverability issues on Cloudways stem from one simple mistake: Multiple SPF Records. If you add one TXT record for Brevo and a second TXT record for Rackspace, your DNS is technically broken. Mail servers (like Gmail or Outlook) will see two SPF records and immediately trigger a "Hard Fail," sending your corporate mail straight to the spam folder.

This tool uses a specific SPF Merge Logic to combine your website's transactional mail (Brevo) and your team's professional mailboxes (Rackspace) into a single, valid string.

Essential Records Included

  • Triple MX Redundancy: We've included all three recommended Rackspace MX records (mx1, mx2, and mx3) to ensure zero-downtime inbound mail.
  • Autodiscover (CNAME): This is the "hidden" record that makes the difference. It allows Outlook, iPhones, and Android devices to automatically find server settings. Without it, you’ll be stuck entering manual ports like 993 and 465 forever.
  • DKIM (mail._domainkey): This provides a cryptographic signature for Brevo. Note: You must paste your unique key from the Brevo dashboard into our tool to generate a valid record.

How to Use This Tool

  1. Domain Infrastructure: Enter your root domain (e.g., yourbrand.com). Our tool automatically scrubs out https:// or www if you paste them in by mistake.
  2. Configuration Options: Toggle Brevo SMTP for automated notifications and Rackspace for team inboxes.
  3. The Brevo Key: Paste your DKIM Public Key (the long string starting with p=) from the Brevo "Verify Domain" screen into the dedicated field.
  4. Copy and Deploy: Use the individual copy buttons to move each record into your DNS provider (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, etc.).

⚠️ The Cloudflare "Proxy" Rule

If you are using Cloudflare, this is where most users fail. You must ensure the "Proxy Status" (the orange cloud) is turned OFF (Grey Cloud) for the following records:

  • All MX Records.
  • The mail CNAME.
  • The autodiscover CNAME.

Why? Cloudflare's proxy only supports standard web traffic (HTTP/S). If you proxy mail records, your email clients won't be able to connect to the mail server, and your inbound mail will bounce.
